Yoga and meditation have a variety of benefits for one's physical, mental and emotional well-being. Yoga involves specific body movements and positions that help improve flexibility, muscle strength and balance. 

Regular yoga practice can also improve posture, reduce back pain, and improve respiratory and cardiovascular system function.  Meditation has also been shown to lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, and aid in chronic pain management.  Yoga and meditation practices help develop emotional balance and a positive mental state. They can help reduce symptoms of depression, improve mood, and promote a sense of happiness and peace in daily life. For some, yoga and meditation are a way to connect with their spiritual dimension. Through reflection in meditation and yoga practices that harmonize body, mind, and spirit, many people feel closer to themselves and the universe. The overall goal is to offer participants a holistic experience to improve health, well-being, and inner balance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• This activity period has no limit of participants and is free to choose any meeting point in the Surabaya/Malang area. any meeting point in the Surabaya/Malang area with a minimum of 12 pax participants per departure

• The vehicle that will be used in this activity is Hiace 14 Passengers. For the tour itinerary, it is standard and cannot be changed.

• The age limit of participants is 5 to 65 years old and in good health. healthy / not sick.

• For participants who arrive late to the meeting point so that stalling the itinerary and making inconvenience to other participants, it will be left according to the voting of other participants who have gathered. Without any refund of money that has been transferred.

EQUIPMENT THAT MUST BE BROUGHT:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Participants are considered fixed or confirmed if they have made payments with the conditions, namely participants numbering 1-2 people (Full Payment), more than 3 people (50% DP and Payment on H-1)

• Do not accept cancellation / Refund if the money has been transferred.

• Participants must bring only the necessary luggage that will be used in this trip package (Not allowed to bring excessive luggage).

• Participants are responsible in the event of loss / damage to personal items or rental facilities / equipment during the trip.

• If the participant brings drugs, alcoholic beverages or other prohibited items that cause riots so as to create unrest. which causes a riot so as to make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, Dewisata has the right to issue or repatriate participants without any refund of money paid.

• If the destination is not possible for the implementation of visits due to disasters, unfavorable weather, closure of tourist attractions, or other causes that cannot be controlled by us, then participants are not entitled to request compensation or refunds of fees paid.

CANCELLATION:

Booking cancellation conditions:

•    Cancellation ≥ H-7: Refund / refund of 70%

•    Cancellation H-5: Refund / return of 50%

•     H-3 Cancellation: Price according to the agreement (no refund)

• In the event of Force majeure or disaster beyond human control and forced the activity to be canceled, DEWISATA will refund the DP fee in accordance with the policies of third parties (related vendors) and within a mutually agreed tempo.

• Participants may re-plan (reschedule) maximum confirmation at the time of H-3 at 17.00 WIB, if H-1 or H-0 then participants are still required to find another replacement and there is no refund (Non Refundable)
